This plumbing dispatch position earns a competitive wage of $17-19/ per hour with a Booked outbound call bonus. A Day In The Life Of A Plumbing Dispatcher

As a Plumbing Dispatcher, you establish customer rapport and encourage repeat business. Our customers look to us to solve their plumbing issues and you are the first part of the process! As you answer calls, you listen to what each client requests and ensure they get the help they need. This includes prioritizing the most urgent and profitable calls and then dispatching the correct technician to each job. You relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences. You also manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field and update customers throughout the day. Keeping everything organized, you record the results of each service call and create report summaries for senior management. As needed, you participate in training to boost sales. You enjoy meeting new people, helping technicians, and keeping customers happy!

Qualifications For A Dispatcher

• Customer service skills or experience
• IT competent, a good typist, and proficient with phone systems

Work Schedule For A Dispatcher

Ensuring a good work-life balance, this dispatch position is full-time and typically works from 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays. No weekends!
