Highly recommend! I had several minor leaks that I couldn’t get any plumbers to come in (been trying for months and had 3 other companies no show during the pandemic). Spartan Plumbing went the extra mile to check my pipes in my crawl space to make sure I didn’t have any other leaks and were very patient to explain the needed repairs. Courteous and professional!!

Very friendly and respectful of property. I enjoyed settling my bill because I was happy with their knowledge and their work. I asked all kinds of questions which were patiently answered in detail. They were honest about what could and could not be accomplished. The sump pump they installed will add value when we sell our home and I'm glad we bought the backup battery. Weather is highly unpredictable these days. Happy to have a lifeline if a plumbing need/crisis ever arises with the monthly subscription.

I’d use Spartan again in a heartbeat. It was stressful to have water in our basement and to know we had a clogged pipe, but they made the process painless and were upfront and responsive when it came to our questions and concerns. Skylar and Phillis in the office were kind and helpful, and Julius and his team of technicians were professional, prompt, and kind. They took the time to explain every step of the process even though we knew next to nothing about sewer pipes. Thankful for their work!!

I was without water for 2 days. Spartan were one of the only plumbers in the area that actually answer their phone! Brandon was there within a few hours. He inspected and explained my options thoroughly. He was nice and patient and gave me time to decide what I wanted to do. He helped me through the whole process. The next day, Brandon and Mike came to do the work. They were nice, respectful and did a really good job. It took longer than they had expected but they made sure everything was tip top shape. They showed me what was what and explained everything they did. Very professional.

We had this company come out for an estimate on converting from an electric stove to gas. We received 3 different options on how to accomplish this. The gentleman who came out did a thorough inspection and took his time to show us the where and the why's for each option. We ultimately decided that it's not worth the expense and we will be staying with an electric stove.

Julius did a great job, showing up within 30 minutes.He used extreme care with my home, wearing booties and putting down drop cloths. He quickly found the leak and fixed it pronto, even considering he had to jack hammer up the cement and work in a very tight space behind the washer. Many kudos to Julius and Spartan Plumbing, I will definitely use you again in the future. Highly recommend!

I contacted Spartan this morning (4/7) about my water heater, and they were at my house the same day. Toby was very knowledgeable and professional. I was given multiple quotes for the job to choose from and he explained all my options very clearly. The work was done quickly and cleanly. He showed me how to make sure everything worked properly and stayed that way. Will use again if the need ever arises. 10/10

Toby and Julius were absolutely fantastic! Toby accessed the problem, provided several quotes/options to deal with unclogging pipes and removing roots in sewer system out to the street. Work was done promptly and the area left perfectly clean. They were friendly and kept us informed through the whole process. We moved into the area recently and now we know Spartan will be our plumbing company of choice from now on!

Toby and his teammate were extremely professional and communicative. They truly felt like they had our best interest in mind and made recommendations that made sense! They were kind, genuine and respectful of our home. Shutting doors even when sweeping or making loud noises to reduce the disruption. Would 100 percent recommend! Pricing may have been a little high but for their quick efficient work and ability to come the same week as the quote given was totally worth it.

The first word that comes to mind is....PHENOMENAL!Our technician was Braden.He was so patient with us and answered all our questions.Trust me...we had a lot.He was down to earth and made sure we understood everything along with all of our options.We didn’t feel like he was in it for the sale but rather wanted what was best for his customer and he respected the option we chose.Service like this can be hard to find.He was easy to talk to and a pleasure to have in our home.We will definitely use Spartan plumbing for future plumbing needs/problems.Be sure to ask for Braden!

We had Braden from Spartan Plumbing out to replace our water softener with a new system that also helps with whole home water filtration. He gave us several options to choose from and helped answer all of my questions. When installing, they were very respectful of our home and we had a very simple and clean install. He also helped me answer some other questions that I had around the house. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

I am very satisfied with Spartan's level of service. I asked them to install two new shut-off valves and a new faucet in one of our bathrooms. Toby arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. After he cleaned up you could not tell anyone had been there doing work. Overall price was reasonable, but I did think the faucet installation price was on the high side. Overall a very good experience.

An UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE!! Look no further, this is the one! We had a huge kitchen project- sink pipe busted all of the way to the main pipe. Ben is our star - you want him for your job. He is hard working, talented in his trade, polite, professional and the type of human being that we need more of in this world! Also I have never ever dealt with such an amazing office support as Phyllis. Having been in customer service for 20 years, I know great service and Phyllis never grew weary of providing anything I needed. Everyone we dealt with was amazing - these are just my favorites.

I found Spartan plumbing via their 5 star google rating when performing a local search online in my area. I reached out and they were able to set up an appointment same day to take a look at my issues. Ben the technician arrived on time and was very courteous and respectful. Fantastic job as a company, they demonstrate team-work and customer appreciation from the moment you call. Braden did a fantastic job! Very efficient and knowledgeable in his field: he also recommended other alternatives and solutions to our plumbing issues. Overall, the execution of the job was done within a day. You can't beat that! Considering that timing is imperative with unwanted water, it definitely spared us some costly repairs.

From beginning to end Spartan Plumbing was the best! My husband clogged our kitchen sink and when I called Spartan I was greeted by the very courteous Admin. She assured me that they would be able to squeeze me in to get my sink fixed that day. Toby arrived within 30 mins. The entire time he was here he was professional and polite. He explained everything he was doing. My sink was fixed within an hour! I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future!

Ben was an amazing technician. He was prompt and professional. He installed a toilet flange over tile and a concrete slab. He did a great job. Very prompt response when I called about a leaking pipe under my sink. Overall what you would expect to pay for a professional plumber, work was done efficiently and professionally, what more can I say? My plumber was courteous and professional and was completely finished unclogging my kitchen sink as well as completely replacing the drains under the sink within 5 hours of the time I placed the first call to their dispatch center. I would recommend then 100%

Spartan plumbing is the BEST!!!!! Braden came out on a 20degree cold morning. Had my main sewer line unclogged in under 10 minutes. Instead of just charging me and getting back in a warm van he took the time to try and figure out what caused my issue. I will definitely use spartan plumbing again and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a professional plumber.

Replaced a leaking gas key valve. Braden was punctual, professional, and thoroughly explained the issue and options to fix it. I am pleased with the new key valve I selected and that Braden was careful to keep the work are protected from dirt. And, he cleaned up all the dust created before he left. I’m overall very pleased and would use them again for future plumbing needs.

John and Toby did a great job at home unclogging my sewer line. They explained everything to me in detail and even let me watch them use the camera to show me any issues in my main sewage line. Very knowledgeable crew and I will definitely be calling Spartan Plumbing/JMK again!

We had a major backup into our house. We called several companies to help find the problem before calling JMK. I will never call anyone else again. JMK showed up to my house within 3 hours(fitting me into their schedule). John and Toby we're very professional. The cleanest plumbers I've ever met!!! They provided top quality service from the minute they arrive. They wore shoe covers in my house and were as sanitary as they could be with the mess we had! They worked hard to find the problem/problems and fix it. They were honest and informative throughout the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing service. Without hesitation I called JMK based on our great prior experience. Ben was able to come out the same day to look at the job and discuss options. Ben was patient and helpful explaining the various options we had, including buying the materials ourselves if we wanted. Ben got us scheduled for the next morning to do the job. Wow! This is the best plumbing company around. Our water heater went out and we called them to replace it. Phyllis was amazing! Scheduled us for the same day. Josh and Brandon came out that afternoon and installed a new water heater. They were fast and efficient! Highly recommend!!

I called JMK Plumbing to inspect a potential leak at our home. Phillys was so courteous and accomodating on the phone. She scheduled me for Monday but let me know she would send someone earlier if there were any cancellations... and she followed through. 2 plumbers arrived promply and were very thorough in their inspection of every toilet in the house. They were very professional and respectful of our home, wearing masks and booties over their shoes. We were so happy we requested estimates for several projects. I will definitely use JMK for any future plumbing needs and would highly recommend.

Duke Energy reported a gas leak at the meter and required me to replace the gas line from the new meter location to the gas connection header inside the home, approximately 40 feet with the home. I called JMK and they came to my home that very day. Duke took two business days to schedule and replace their portion, JMK was here the day Duke Energy replaced their side, JMK finished their work that same day and was ready for Duke’s pressure test. Josh showed extreme professionalism and worked with Duke and myself to come up with the best plan.

Josh and his crew did a great job, even office personnel. I was kept informed and notified all the way from when Josh was to come and give us a quote to the day of installation. They were reliable and responsive, which is rare among a lot of other contractors. We had a new water line and outdoor spigot installed; in which, they had to cut through some of the concrete slab and cut through a wall to install the line. They were very professional throughout the whole process. A job of this kind is very dirty and dusty, after completion everything was cleaned up to where you would never know they were even there. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We recently hired JMK Plumbing to replace our old water softener with a brand new one, and I'm so glad we did! During the estimation process, we were presented with several options and recommendations for how we'd like the new system to function. We took several weeks to make a decision, but when we were ready to move forward they were able to come out and install the new softener the very next day! We've worked with numerous contractors who've been questionable at best, so it's so refreshing to find a company as professional, efficient and capable as JMK Plumbing! Due to the heavy rain, like a lot of others my sump pump stopped working and my basement flooded. After getting JMK phone number from a friend I called. They were here within a half hour on my call and was quick to give me an estimate, several, we picked what we wanted and he got to work. An hour later we had a new sump pump!!! We had a great experience with this company! They came out same day and unclogged our main line, and they offered a great value! Unfortunately we also had an issue with our septic tank but they referred us to a local company that was also available for same day service. Great customer service, both employees were very professional and great value! I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues!

I recently moved to a house with a well and lost water pressure throughout my house. I called JMK and same day they were at my house and was able to diagnose and fix the issue. Our kitchen sink had a major clog we could not clear on our own. I called Spartan Plumbing on a Monday at 1:20. By 2:30 Braden was at the house. He took the time to ensure the clog was completely clear. He made sure to keep his work area as clean as possible. This was our 3rd time needing the services of Spartan Plumbing and will use them again if needed in the future. I highly recommend Spartan Plumbing.

JMK plumbing did an excellent job installing our UV water treatment system. They reconfigured our whole house water filter system and reverse osmosis unit to work with the UV system. I manage an apt community.. every emergency situation seems to occur after hours! After leaving message after message for other plumbing companies we had used in the past, with no returned call, luckily I found Josh, Spartan Plumbing! He came out promptly, had the situation under control and was back early the next morning with the part he needed for a permanent repair. Their workmanship, professionalism, honesty and knowledge are impeccable and he went above and beyond for us. Just last week another "emergency" occurred late in the evening. Josh offered to come out at midnight to unclog a backed up main sewer drain! We agreed on the next morning (my idea).. he called promptly and had the guys on the job as promised. Haven't had service like this in years, if ever. If you want something done right at a reasonable price, call JMK! I can't brag enough on them! Five stars just doesn't seem fair enough. We needed our hot water heater replaced and of course it went out over the weekend. Josh got back to us very quickly after leaving a message. We were able to make things work until he could get out to us on Monday. Appreciate the phone calls to let us know when he'd be there and also when he was on his way. We received excellent service today from Spartan Plumbing! Both of the techs that completed the work were very professional, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. I called Josh after hours on a Tuesday night to see if he was able to come out and see why we didn’t have any water. He came out within the time frame he said he would and took his time looking at everything inside and out since we have a well. Once he found the main reason, he explained to me what was going on and offered me several options in fixing what was wrong. Since it was late and it involved replacing my well pump in a tiny vault, I told him he could come back the next day to fix it when it was daylight. He called me the next day to let me know he was on his way and he showed up and fixed my well pump. He cleaned up everything after he was finished and explained to me what he had done. He fixed exactly what he said he was going to and the price was exactly what he quoted me. He didn’t add anything extra or try to push anything on me that didn’t need fixing. It’s nice to know there is a company out there close to where I live that does answer their phones after hours and will come out to see what is wrong and fix the problem. I highly recommend Josh and his company.

Needing a plumber on a Saturday night is never a good thing especially when your normal “go to plumbers” are out of town. Josh answered the phone and the service was fantastic! our 28 year old WH was on its last legs. We had used Spartan for other plumbing needs with great results so called .
