Very prompt response when I called about a leaking pipe under my sink. Overall what you would expect to pay for a professional plumber, work was done efficiently and professionally, what more can I say? My plumber was courteous and professional and was completely finished unclogging my kitchen sink as well as completely replacing the drains under the sink within 5 hours of the time I placed the first call to their dispatch center. Spartan plumbing is the BEST!!!!! Braden came out on a 20degree cold morning. Had my main sewer line unclogged in under 10 minutes. Instead of just charging me and getting back in a warm van he took the time to try and figure out what caused my issue. Replaced a leaking gas key valve. Braden was punctual, professional, and thoroughly explained the issue and options to fix it. We had a major backup into our house. We called several companies to help find the problem before calling JMK. I will never call anyone else again. JMK showed up to my house within 3 hours(fitting me into their schedule). John and Toby we're very professional. The cleanest plumbers I've ever met!!! I called JMK Plumbing to inspect a potential leak at our home. Phillys was so courteous and accomodating on the phone. She scheduled me for Monday but let me know she would send someone earlier if there were any cancellations... and she followed through. 2 plumbers arrived promply and were very thorough in their inspection of every toilet in the house. Duke Energy reported a gas leak at the meter and required me to replace the gas line from the new meter location to the gas connection header inside the home, approximately 40 feet with the home. I called JMK and they came to my home that very day. Duke took two business days to schedule and replace their portion, JMK was here the day Duke Energy replaced their side, JMK finished their work that same day and was ready for Duke’s pressure test. Josh showed extreme professionalism and worked with Duke and myself to come up with the best plan.

Josh and his crew did a great job, even office personnel. I was kept informed and notified all the way from when Josh was to come and give us a quote to the day of installation. They were reliable and responsive, which is rare among a lot of other contractors. We had a new water line and outdoor spigot installed; in which, they had to cut through some of the concrete slab and cut through a wall to install the line. They were very professional throughout the whole process. A job of this kind is very dirty and dusty, after completion everything was cleaned up to where you would never know they were even there. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Unfortunately we also had an issue with our septic tank but they referred us to a local company that was also available for same day service. Our kitchen sink had a major clog we could not clear on our own. I called Spartan Plumbing on a Monday at 1:20. By 2:30 Braden was at the house. I manage an apt community.. every emergency situation seems to occur after hours! After leaving message after message for other plumbing companies we had used in the past, with no returned call, luckily I found Josh, Spartan Plumbing! He came out promptly, had the situation under control and was back early the next morning with the part he needed for a permanent repair. Their workmanship, professionalism, honesty and knowledge are impeccable and he went above and beyond for us. Just last week another "emergency" occurred late in the evening. Josh offered to come out at midnight to unclog a backed up main sewer drain! We agreed on the next morning (my idea).. he called promptly and had the guys on the job as promised. We received excellent service today from Spartan Plumbing! Both of the techs that completed the work were very professional, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. They didn’t mind taking the time to explain everything and even calling my husband to explain to him the options we had and what services they were performing. Price was very reasonable and exactly what they said it would cost! They also cleaned up nicely, unlike previous plumbers we have used! So happy to have our bathtub working again! Will definitely use and recommend JMK in the future!

These guys are incredible. They showed up in a timely fashion and were very professional. They did a great job for my mum's house and offered a warranty. I called Josh after hours on a Tuesday night to see if he was able to come out and see why we didn’t have any water. He came out within the time frame he said he would and took his time looking at everything inside and out since we have a well. Once he found the main reason, he explained to me what was going on and offered me several options in fixing what was wrong. Since it was late and it involved replacing my well pump in a tiny vault, I told him he could come back the next day to fix it when it was daylight. He called me the next day to let me know he was on his way and he showed up and fixed my well pump. He cleaned up everything after he was finished and explained to me what he had done. He fixed exactly what he said he was going to and the price was exactly what he quoted me. He didn’t add anything extra or try to push anything on me that didn’t need fixing. It’s nice to know there is a company out there close to where I live that does answer their phones after hours and will come out to see what is wrong and fix the problem. I highly recommend Josh and his company.

Had a main drain issue and our bathtub was backing up. They came out and helped solve the issue very quickly. The guys who came out were extremely friendly and honest. I cannot recommend their service enough.

JMK does a great job when it comes to fixing or replacing plumbing. I have used Josh's services twice now and both have been a great experience. They perform at a professional level and at a fixed cost. No guessing what your final price will be. I highly recommend him and his crew to anyone. I will be contacting Spartan Plumbing for my basement remodel in the future.

Very positive experience! Called them on a Monday afternoon and had service the next day! Very professional , accommodating and put on shoe covers when entering my house. Pointed out an additional small service that will help the longevity of the repair, prices are beyond reasonable! I would recommend this company to anyone! They are my plumbers, from here on out, whenever I need one!Would not use anyone else!

Needing a plumber on a Saturday night is never a good thing especially when your normal “go to plumbers” are out of town. Josh answered the phone and the service was fantastic! He is professional, dependable and simply a nice person. I highly recommend him and he will now be at the top of my “go to plumber” list. 🙂
