Toby and his teammate were extremely professional and communicative. They truly felt like they had our best interest in mind and made recommendations that made sense! They were kind, genuine and respectful of our home. Shutting doors even when sweeping or making loud noises to reduce the disruption. Would 100 percent recommend! Pricing may have been a little high but for their quick efficient work and ability to come the same week as the quote given was totally worth it.

We had Braden from Spartan Plumbing out to replace our water softener with a new system that also helps with whole home water filtration. He gave us several options to choose from and helped answer all of my questions. When installing, they were very respectful of our home and we had a very simple and clean install. I am very satisfied with Spartan's level of service. I asked them to install two new shut-off valves and a new faucet in one of our bathrooms. Toby arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. After he cleaned up you could not tell anyone had been there doing work. Overall price was reasonable, but I did think the faucet installation price was on the high side. Overall a very good experience.

An UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE!! Look no further, this is the one! We had a huge kitchen project- sink pipe busted all of the way to the main pipe. Ben is our star - you want him for your job. From beginning to end Spartan Plumbing was the best! My husband clogged our kitchen sink and when I called Spartan I was greeted by the very courteous Admin. Very prompt response when I called about a leaking pipe under my sink. Overall what you would expect to pay for a professional plumber, work was done efficiently and professionally, what more can I say? My plumber was courteous and professional and was completely finished unclogging my kitchen sink as well as completely replacing the drains under the sink within 5 hours of the time I placed the first call to their dispatch center. Spartan plumbing is the BEST!!!!! Braden came out on a 20degree cold morning. Had my main sewer line unclogged in under 10 minutes. Instead of just charging me and getting back in a warm van he took the time to try and figure out what caused my issue. JMK showed up to my house within 3 hours(fitting me into their schedule). John and Toby we're very professional. The cleanest plumbers I've ever met!!! I called JMK Plumbing to inspect a potential leak at our home. Phillys was so courteous and accomodating on the phone. She scheduled me for Monday but let me know she would send someone earlier if there were any cancellations... and she followed through. 2 plumbers arrived promply and were very thorough in their inspection of every toilet in the house. Duke Energy reported a gas leak at the meter and required me to replace the gas line from the new meter location to the gas connection header inside the home, approximately 40 feet with the home. I called JMK and they came to my home that very day. Duke took two business days to schedule and replace their portion, JMK was here the day Duke Energy replaced their side, JMK finished their work that same day and was ready for Duke’s pressure test. Josh showed extreme professionalism and worked with Duke and myself to come up with the best plan.

Josh and his crew did a great job, even office personnel. I was kept informed and notified all the way from when Josh was to come and give us a quote to the day of installation. They were reliable and responsive, which is rare among a lot of other contractors. We had a new water line and outdoor spigot installed; in which, they had to cut through some of the concrete slab and cut through a wall to install the line. They were very professional throughout the whole process. A job of this kind is very dirty and dusty, after completion everything was cleaned up to where you would never know they were even there. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Unfortunately we also had an issue with our septic tank but they referred us to a local company that was also available for same day service. Josh of Spartan Plumbing did an outstanding job recommending and installing our home reverse osmosis and hot water on demand systems!He initially spent almost an hour at our home assessing our needs, recommending different products and discussing options. I recommend Spartan Plumbing to anyone and everyone who is in need of a plumber. They do excellent work at a very reasonable price. Josh and Bradon were very professional, clean cut, extremely nice, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my home. Our well pump started showing signs of failure. We put a call in to Josh and he responded quickly. He assessed the situation, gave us a fair and honest quote, and then began the work. Within just a few hours, we were back up and running. Josh does great quality work with the customer constantly in mind. We highly recommend him!

I manage an apt community.. every emergency situation seems to occur after hours! After leaving message after message for other plumbing companies we had used in the past, with no returned call, luckily I found Josh, Spartan Plumbing! He came out promptly, had the situation under control and was back early the next morning with the part he needed for a permanent repair. Their workmanship, professionalism, honesty and knowledge are impeccable and he went above and beyond for us. Just last week another "emergency" occurred late in the evening. Josh offered to come out at midnight to unclog a backed up main sewer drain! We agreed on the next morning (my idea).. he called promptly and had the guys on the job as promised. Haven't had service like this in years, if ever. If you want something done right at a reasonable price, call JMK! I can't brag enough on them! Five stars just doesn't seem fair enough. Thank you guys for always making time for our community!

We needed our hot water heater replaced and of course it went out over the weekend. Josh got back to us very quickly after leaving a message. We were able to make things work until he could get out to us on Monday. Appreciate the phone calls to let us know when he'd be there and also when he was on his way. He did an outstanding job with our replacement and there was no mess! Josh has done work for us before and has always done a great job and is extremely knowledgeable. We received excellent service today from Spartan Plumbing! Both of the techs that completed the work were very professional, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. They didn’t mind taking the time to explain everything and even calling my husband to explain to him the options we had and what services they were performing. Price was very reasonable and exactly what they said it would cost! They also cleaned up nicely, unlike previous plumbers we have used! So happy to have our bathtub working again! I called Josh after hours on a Tuesday night to see if he was able to come out and see why we didn’t have any water. He came out within the time frame he said he would and took his time looking at everything inside and out since we have a well. Once he found the main reason, he explained to me what was going on and offered me several options in fixing what was wrong. Since it was late and it involved replacing my well pump in a tiny vault, I told him he could come back the next day to fix it when it was daylight. He called me the next day to let me know he was on his way and he showed up and fixed my well pump. He cleaned up everything after he was finished and explained to me what he had done. He fixed exactly what he said he was going to and the price was exactly what he quoted me. He didn’t add anything extra or try to push anything on me that didn’t need fixing. It’s nice to know there is a company out there close to where I live that does answer their phones after hours and will come out to see what is wrong and fix the problem. I highly recommend Josh and his company.

Very positive experience! Called them on a Monday afternoon and had service the next day! Very professional , accommodating and put on shoe covers when entering my house. Pointed out an additional small service that will help the longevity of the repair, prices are beyond reasonable! I would recommend this company to anyone! Needing a plumber on a Saturday night is never a good thing especially when your normal “go to plumbers” are out of town. Josh answered the phone and the service was fantastic!
