A Day In The Life Of Call Center Representative

As a customer service rep, you have a key role as you are the first impression for potential customers. In order to provide our clients with the very best services, we need someone to attend to the details and keep our office running efficiently. You act as a liaison between customers and sales staff as well as field customer questions and route phone calls.

Your first priority is to answer phones cheerfully and provide top-notch customer service. Highly motivated and self-directed, you help us make outgoing calls to schedule service appointments and begin the tracking process. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions whether by phone, email, or text, and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping everything up-to-date and accurate!

Drain Technician

A Day in the Life of a Drain Technician:

  • You’re the hero of the day, here to save our customers and make a real difference in our plumbing team.
  • You’ll use your experience to diagnose and tackle drain issues, including cleaning, jetting, and cable work.
  • Sometimes, you’ll need to use a camera to pinpoint mainline problems.
  • You’ll educate customers about the problem and the importance of sewer upkeep.
  • You won’t be pushy but will guide customers through their options for replacement or repair.
  • Mentor apprentices, and teach them to make quick and accurate repairs.
  • Your day will be full but satisfying, knowing you’ve provided a vital service to our clients.

In-Home Sales Rep

A Day in the Life of an In-Home Sales Rep:

As an In-Home Sales Rep, you’ll spend each day connecting with customers in their homes, guiding them through Spartan Plumbing’s products and services to meet their specific needs. From initial consultations to closing the deal, you’ll offer tailored solutions that bring value to customers and drive Spartan\’s growth. You’ll build relationships, explain product features and warranties, discuss financing options, and work collaboratively with our support team to ensure seamless service. Equipped with industry knowledge and support, every day brings the reward of delivering customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals.

In this full-time position, you can expect a flexible schedule that includes evening and weekend availability to accommodate customer consultations.

Plumber - Plumbing Service Technician

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-3 Years Experience: Plumbing isn’t just your job, it’s your passion!

Senior Residential Plumbing Installer

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of residential plumbing experience
  • A journeyman plumber’s license would be preferred but isn’t required.

A Day in the Life of a Senior Installer:

With your expertise and extensive experience, you skillfully install residential plumbing systems and equipment. Your responsibilities range from whole home re-piping, partial re-piping, and installing equipment such as water heaters, water filtration systems, pressure-reducing valves (PRVs), and shut-off valves. No matter what you’re doing, you don’t quit until the job is done and make sure to complete quality work.
